Welcome to Shooting Star! We’re a family of dog lovers in Wisconsin who fell head over heels for the Lagotto Romagnolo—an affectionate, intelligent, and allergy friendly breed that fits beautifully into our active, outdoor lifestyle.

Our dogs are part of our family and live in our home, not kennels. They join us on hikes, lake days, and lazy afternoons. We raise our puppies with love and intention, focusing on early socialization, health, and the unique qualities that make Lagotti such wonderful companions.

Each of our breeding dogs is fully health-tested, and we’re committed to ethical breeding that prioritizes temperament and lifelong well-being. We support our puppy families every step of the way and love staying in touch as our pups grow.
